By carefully preserving the historical values of the area, Link 103 stands out as the first and largest project in Turkey realized through a public-private sector partnership. Additionally, it has been awarded the Best Urban Renewal Project in Europe, making it a pioneering and inspiring project.

With a construction area of 154,591 m² and a 220-meter facade, Link 103 consists of 9 buildings and 825 independent units, surrounded by concept streets filled with meticulously designed residential, office, shopping, and social spaces. Our project includes 122 offices, 558 residential units classified as tourism residences, 9 independent office buildings, 135 commercial units, and the 110-room Canopy by Hilton Hotel. It also features a parking facility with a capacity of 550 vehicles.
